He has been associated with the organization since 2009 and has gained valuable experience in operational systems and business correspondent functions. With extensive hands-on experience, he plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and smooth execution of the organization’s financial and operational functions. He is responsible for managing and supervising all accounting activities at both the Head Office and branch levels, ensuring proper financial documentation and compliance with internal policies. In addition to overseeing daily operational processes, he is actively involved in monitoring and mitigating operational and financial risks across the organization.

He also manages the Business Correspondent (BC) systems and partnerships, particularly with IDBI Bank and NEDFi, ensuring effective coordination, portfolio tracking, and adherence to partner-specific compliance requirements. His multi-faceted role contributes significantly to maintaining financial discipline, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening institutional partnerships.
