Shri Mantu Nath Sarma, who is a microfinance professional and Managing Director of Nightingale Finvest Private Ltd was nominated by Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) for undergoing training on Strategic Response to Risk in Microfinance Market held by Internal Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) at Washington DC in Boulder Institute of Microfinance from November 28 to December 02, 2016. Shri Sarma attended the training on Risk in Microfinance Markets during the period mentioned above at Washington DC. The World scenario on microfinance and the measures to be taken to prevent operating risk, credit risk, financial risk, reputation risk and compliance risk were highlighted in the training course.
